How do I set up my emergency contacts?
Go to Settings → Emergency Contacts → Add Contact. Enter their name and phone number. You can add multiple contacts, and they'll all be notified if you miss a check-in.
When will my contacts be notified?
Your contacts will receive an SMS when you miss a check-in past your grace period. You can set the grace period to 24, 48, or 72 hours in Settings.
How do I change my reminder time?
Go to Settings → Daily Reminder and select your preferred time. You'll receive a push notification at that time each day reminding you to check in.
What is Vacation Mode?
Vacation Mode pauses all alerts while you're traveling or don't want to check in. Toggle it on in Settings, and your emergency contacts won't be notified until you turn it off.
Is my data private?
Yes! We don't track your location, sell your data, or monitor your activity. Your information is only used to authenticate you and send SMS alerts when needed. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I trigger an emergency alert manually?
Hold the 'I'm OK' button for 2 seconds. This will immediately send an emergency SMS to all your contacts.
What if I need to change my phone number?
Contact us at garret@stillhere.pro and we'll help you update your account.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through the App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone → Apple ID → Purchase History, find the Still Here purchase, and request a refund there.
The app isn't sending reminders. What's wrong?
Make sure you've enabled notifications for Still Here in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Still Here. Also ensure Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications at your reminder time.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at garret@stillhere.pro and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
